Our initial consultation is provided free of charge. Service fees vary depending on the type of service, program, and destination. All applicable fees will be communicated to you in writing before any commitment is made. Fees paid to educational institutions, visa authorities, or other third parties are subject to those parties' own refund policies. Our consultancy fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Orka Educational Group shall not be held liable for: decisions made by educational institutions regarding admissions, visa decisions made by immigration authorities, changes to programs, fees, or policies by educational institutions, travel disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of consultancy fees paid by you to us.
